Vintage BILL BLASS blue black beaded & sequined silk halter gown, massive silk taffeta ruffle snaking around an otherwise open back. Bust measurement is flexible because of open back, measures about 34". Waist 26". Length from halter strap to hem is about 58.5” when measured on the hanger, gown is about 56” from natural shoulder on most. Excellent condition.
